Biobricked Mutant Hemoglobin Cassette in petDUET format

Mutant hemoglobins alpha and beta inserted into the commercial petDUET vector. Mutant beta has providence (Asn108Lys) and presbyterian (Lys82Asp) mutantions. Alpha subunit is made into a Di-alpha by a glycine linker.
